Andreas Koller10/14/2011 Andy Koller was named to be Manager of Customer Service Department on July 1, 2011. He took over the position from Torsten Antoni who is the new CS Project Manager. Asked what he thinks is his greatest challenge, Andy Koller said: “Since it is very time-consuming and expensive to find people with the extremely specialized knowledge required to become a member of the customer service team, the biggest challenge is to create a team for the future and to optimize procedures within the department as well as the interfaces with the other departments.”
